Privacy policy
Last updated:
This policy describes how Digi-Tal ApS processes personal data when you visit reconta.ai. Reconta is pre-launch: this website is informational, and you cannot create an account here yet. When the product launches, we will update this policy to cover processing within the platform itself.
Data controller
Digi-Tal ApS, CVR 41308427, Rådhusstræde 15, 1466 København K, Denmark, is the data controller for personal data processed on this website. You can reach us at hello@reconta.ai.
What we process
The website has no user accounts, forms or newsletters, so very little is processed:
If you email us, we process your address and the content of your message in order to reply.
Our hosting provider records technical traffic data (including IP addresses) in server logs, briefly and solely for operational and security purposes.
Cookieless analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand overall traffic. It sets no cookies, does not follow you across websites and builds no profile of you — we only see aggregate numbers such as page views and country.
Cookies and local storage
The website sets no marketing or tracking cookies. Browser storage is used strictly functionally — for example to remember access to gated preview pages within your current browser session. It is cleared when you close the browser and is shared with no one.
Legal basis
Processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and answering enquiries, cf. article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Retention
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purpose. Email correspondence is deleted once the enquiry is closed and no follow-up requires it.
Your rights
Under data protection law you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Write to us to exercise any of these rights.
You can lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) via datatilsynet.dk.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy as needed — at the latest when the product launches, at which point processing within the platform, data processors and retention periods will be described. The date above shows when the text was last changed.
